For the first time, the 2027 event will be based in the heart of Auckland City at Base Spaces, Wynyard Quarter and start under the famous Gantry. The course is a single-lap, straight out-and-back blast to Kohimarama in the eastern beaches.
New Zealand's biggest city and most famous running venue play host to the country's premier half marathon event. The ASICS Waterfront Half Marathon features a cast of thousands, a breathtaking setting and an unforgettable tour of Auckland City and the Eastern Bays, featuring landmarks like the Ferry Building, Bastion Point and the Mission Bay Fountain along the way.
