The inaugural Waterfront Half Marathon and the dawn of a new era for Auckland runners. Before now, the idea of a half marathon on closed roads, with entertainment and live timing at every single kilometre was just a dream. After this day, it was reality and it ROCKED! Fabulous conditions and a massive field made the first ever "waterfront" and event to remember and a "must do" date in the calendar for April each year.
